Introducing PithyDev
PithyDev blog posts are ones that are forcefully succinct. That is to say, they're straight to the point without any of the fluff.
PithyDev: contains much pith.
When I was a kid, I would love when my mother would bake sourdough bread. What does this have to do with this post? Nothing. I'm just padding length for SEO Â telling you a story.
PithyDev was an idea I had when I was frantically Googling for a solution to a pressing issue. As my problem was fairly straight forward, I assumed I would find some straight forward content. This was not the case. Instead, I found generally long-winded posts not unlike the cliched recipe blog. I doubt the motivations were the same as it takes a lot of work to write succinct content, but the results were the same.
Enter PithyDev. PithyDev blog posts are ones that are forcefully succinct. That is to say, they're straight to the point without any of the fluff.
"I have made this longer than usual because I have not had time to make it shorter." - Blaise Pascal
I had originally intended to make my entire blog pithy but I currently lack the talent to do so. Therefore, I've made a tag that will make it easier to find such posts and will endeavor to make them as succinct, forcefully so, as possible.
